Historie
Der Verein wurde unter dem Namen Vestel Manisaspor in Saison 12 in die damals neugegründete 2. Lig der Türkei aufgenommen und stieg bereits in Saison 13 auf. Seit dem gehört der Club der Turkcell Süper Lig an. Das Team schaffte den Klassenerhalt in Saison 14 nur sehr knapp, konnte sich aber seit dem in der ersten Liga etablieren und im Mittelfeld der Tabelle festsetzen. Durch den Pokalsieg von Fenerbahce Istanbul (Saison 22) nahm Manisaspor als Nachrücker in Saison 23 erstmals an der Qualifikationsrunde zum Europa-Cup teil, schied jedoch in der ersten Runde aus. Zudem wurde zu Beginn der Saison der Konzernname Vestel aus Vereinsnamen und -wappen enfernt, da Vestel nicht mehr als Hauptgeldgeber des Clubs fungiert. Der Verein tritt seit dem als Manisaspor an.

Die Profiabteilung besteht seit Gründung der 2.Lig in Saison 12.
Amateurabteilung
Die Amateurabteilung wurde erst nachträglich zu Beginn von Saison 15 gegründet.
Jugendabteilung
Die Jugendabteilung Manisaspors besteht wie die Profimannschaft seit Saison 12.
