Mit einem Jugendinternat sollte das Scouten von Jugendspieler aber nicht ersetzt werden. Vorgesehen war, dass ein Manager bis zu drei Jugendinternate bauen können sollte. Diese Internate sollten einmalig 500.000 Euro und pro Saison Unterhaltskosten von 500.000 Euro kosten.
Pro Saison sollte man bei einem Internat drei Jugendspieler rekrutieren können, die auch sofort zum Jugendkader, oder falls alt genug in Amateurkader bzw. Profikader gezogen werden können sollten. Das Scouten und das in die anderen Kader ziehen sollte nichts kosten.
