History
Leeds United wurde in der Saison 1 gegründet und wurde bis zur Winterpause der Saison 7 von Manager Bimbo betreut. Zur Halbzeit der Saison 7 übernahm Ronaldinho die Zügel im Verein und betreut sie bis Heute noch.
Stadion
Elland Road ist das Stadion der Fußballmannschaft Leeds United. Es wurde am 15. Oktober 1904 eröffnet. Bei einer Länge von 105 m und einer Breite von 65 m bietet es Platz für 40 242 Zuschauer.
Der Verein hat das Stadion vor Kurzem im Rahmen eines Rückmietkaufvertrages mit einer Laufzeit von 25 Jahren an eine Leasinggesellschaft veräußert und sogleich zurückgemietet. Es besteht eine Rückkaufoption für den Fall, dass die finanzielle Lage des Klubs sich bessert.
Die Osttribüne mit ihrer großen auslegerförmigen Struktur ist die jüngsten Tribüne des Stadions. Sie wurde in der Saison 1992/93 vollendet und birgt Sitzplätze für 17.000 Zuschauer.
Die Don-Revie-Tribüne (vorher die Kop-Terrasse) wurde zu Beginn der Saison 1994/95 eröffnet und bietet ca. 7000 Sitzplätze für die Zuschauer, nachdem sie renoviert wurde.
Die Süd-Tribüne wurde im Jahr 1971 erbaut. Bis 1993 wurde der tiefere Bereich, welcher aus Stehplätzen bestand, durch Sitzplätze ersetzt, um den Anforderungen des Taylor-Reports zu entsprechen.
