Die SOE-Superliga ist die höchste Spielklasse im Südosteuropa und seit der Saison 32 in das BMO-Universum integriert.
Die SOE-Superliga besteht aus 20 Vereinen.
Jeder Verein der Liga tritt in Hin- und Rückspielen gegen jeden anderen Verein der 1. Liga an. Die Mannschaft mit den meisten Punkten aus allen Spielen wird Südosteuropa-Meister, bei Punktgleichheit entscheidet das Torverhältnis. Ist auch dieses gleich, wird der Verein mit den mehr erzielten Toren Meister.
Aus der SOE-Superliga steigen die letzten drei Mannschaften in die SOE-Bundesliga, die zweithöchste Spielklasse, ab.

Internationale Qualifikation
Europaliga
Für die Europaliga qualifiziert sich in jedem Fall der Südosteuropa-Meister.
Weitere EL-Startplätze sind abhängig von der Platzierung Südosteuropas in der 3-Jahres-Wertung. Derzeit (Saison 32) ist nur der Meister startbereichtigt in der EL.

Europacup
Auch die Startplätze für den Europacup werden nach der 3-Jahres-Wertung vergeben. Teilnahmeberechtigt ist aber in jedem Fall der Sieger des SOE-Pokals. Die weiteren Startplätze werden über Platzierung in der SOE-Superliga vergeben. Derzeit (Saison 35) hat der Länderverbund Südosteuropa neben dem Pokalsieger vier Startplätze im EC.
