Der FC Alverca (vollst.: Futebol Clube de Alverca) ist ein Fußballverein der portugiesischen Stadt Alverca do Ribatejo. Alverca do Ribatejo ist eine Stadt (Cidade) im Kreis Vila Franca de Xira mit rd. 31.000 Einwohnern. Durch die günstige Lage an der Eisenbahnstrecke Linha do Norte hat sich Alverca zu einem Vorort Lissabons entwickelt und gehört inzwischen zum Speckgürtel der Hauptstadt.
Die Mannschaft von Desportivo Estoril wird auch als "Canarinhos" bezeichnet.
