Neuerungen
Zur Vorbereitung auf die Einführung von Marktwerten für Spieler werden die neuen Marktwerte in der Saison 44 zunächst nur angezeigt und sind noch nicht bindend. Sie können wie bisher im "marktüblichen Rahmen" frei verhandelt werden und unterliegen der üblichen FPK-Überprüfung.
Wegen fehlender Manager wurden folgende Ligen geschlossen:
- Frankreich
- Ligue 2
- Championnat d Amateur Ligue 2
- 2. Ligue National (18 ans)
In Frankreich, Italien und Spanien wurden die 2.Ligen geschlossen.
