Ligaleiter (LL) nennt man den für eine bestimmte Liga zuständigen Funktionär.
Ein Ligaleiter ist für folgende Aufgaben zuständig:
- Einstellung von Managern
- Entlassung von Managern
- TAT-Auswertung
- Auslosung der nationalen Pokale
- Auswertung der nationalen Pokale
- Einteilung der Ligen
- Genehmigung von Transfers zwischen Managern mit Beziehungen untereinander

Die Arbeit der Ligaleiter wird durch den Oberligaleiter (OLL) koordiniert, der zum Kreis der Administratoren gehört.
