In der ersten Auflage des SOE-Supercup nehmen acht Vereine, aus beiden Ligen des Länderverbund Südosteuropa teil.
Neben den Meister Fenerbahce Istanbul, nimmt auch der Vize-Meister Istanbulspor und der zweit Ligameister Omonia Nicosia teil. Ergänzt wird das Teilnehmerfeld ausserdem von Elazigspor,Besiktas Istanbul,Ankaragücü,Manisaspor und Çaykur Rizespor.

Modus
In der ersten Auflage, bestreitet jede Mannschaft 14 Spiele.
Man stosst dabei jeweils zweimal auf die anderen Teams.
Je 7 Heim und 7 Auswärtsspiele wird jeder Teilnehmer bestreiten.
Der Sieger des Turniers ist es wer am letzten Spieltag ganz oben steht.
