Allgemeines
Skoda Xanthi, ehemalls AO Xanthi, ist ein Fussballverein aus der nordgriechischen Stadt Xanthi. Beim BMO spielt der Verein seit Saison 12 in der 1. griechischen Liga Ethniki Katigoria. In den ersten Saisons gehörte Skoda noch zu den stärkemaßig besten Vereinen, was nicht zuletzt auch an der guten Arbeit von Manager Acker lag. Unter ihm konnnte der Verein in Saison 12 auch den Pokalsieg holen.
Als Acker aber den Verein in Richtung West Ham United verließ, fand in dem Verein aber ein allmählicher Verfall statt. Sein Nachfolger The HaMMer führte den Klub mit dem Pokalsieg in Saison 17 zwar nochmal zu altem Ruhm, aber seitdem findet in dem Verein eine hohe Managerfluktuation statt. Zur Zeit steht der Saison gar ganz ohne Manager da.
