Ob ein Spieler auf- oder abgewertet wird, hängt von seiner Form ab. Ist die Form des Spielers 75 oder kleiner, kann er abgewertet werden. Bei einer Form ab 125 hat der Spieler die Chance, aufgewertet zu werden, sofern er seine Maximalstärke (Talentgrenze) noch nicht erreicht hat. Je weiter der Spieler im Auf- oder Abwertungsbereich ist, desto höher ist die Wahrscheinlichkeit auf eine Auf- oder Abwertung, beginnend mit 25% bis maximal 50%.
Erfolgt eine Aufwertung, werden dem Spieler 50 Formpunkte abgezogen. Bei einer Abwertung bekommt der Spieler 50 Formpunkte gutgeschrieben.
Sollte ein Spieler auf Stärke 0 abgewertet werden, beendet er sofort seine Karriere.
