Die Manager der Saison werden seit Saison 6 durch die Managerkollegen jede Saison im Forum gewählt und zwar pro Land bzw. Länderverbund jeweils einer bzw. eine. Aus dem Kreis der gewählten Manager des Jahres wird dann zusätzlich noch ein Manager des Jahres des gesamten BMO gewählt.
Die Manager des Jahres der jeweiligen Länder sind im betreffenden Länderartikel zu finden.
