Manager StepR kam in Saison 7 zum BMO (geworben von Ronaldinho). Ab Saison 8 übernahm er den Posten bei Málaga CF. Er zeichnet sich durch gutes Geschick im Bereich Talentförderung & "Kader-Cleaning" aus. Bereits 2 mal musste er mit Málaga CF in die Zweitklassigkeit absteigen, schaffte jedoch jeweils in der Folge-Saison den souveränen Aufstieg. Managerlevel: 9 von 10
