Jeder Verein im BMO besitzt mindestens einen Profikader der innerhalb der Ligenebenen 1-5 am Spielgeschehen teilnimmt. Auf den Erfolg dieser Abteilung sollte das Hauptaugenmerk des Managers liegen.

Kaderbestimmungen
Es gelten die selben Kaderbestimmungen wie auch für die Amateurabteilung:
- Mindestens 20 Spieler.
- Mindestens 10 Inländer.
- Maximal 5 Nicht-EUler.
Einnahmen
Die Einnahmen sind abhängig von der Ligenebene in dem die Abteilung spielt sowie von den Wettbewerben für den sich der Verein eventuell zusätzlich quallifiziert hat. Unabhängig vom Erfolg der Mannschaft können noch weitere Einnahmen erzielt werden.

Bandenwerbung
Jeder Verein hat 20 Banden, die er Sponsoren jeweils für einen TAT zur Verfügung stellen kann. Die Sponsorenangebote findet man im Finanzbereich unter Bandenwerbung verhandeln

Ausgaben
Die Ausgaben die durch die Profiabteilung anfallen liegen aussschliesslich bei den Spielergehältern und den Ausgaben durch Transfers.
Stärkebegrenzungen
Für die unterschiedlichen Ligenebenen wurden Stärkeobergrenzen festgelegt, mit der ein Spieler maximal Spielen kann.
- Ligenebene 1: keine Beschränkung
- Ligenebene 2: maximale Stärke = 6
- Ligenebene 3: maximale Stärke = 5
- Ligenebene 4: maximale Stärke = 4
