Die Saison 38 begann am 22.07.2013 und endete am 21.10.2013 mit dem Saisonübergang zu Saison 39. Der erste Liga-TAT wurde am 10.08.2013 ausgespielt.

Neuerungen
Kurz vor dem Start des Ligenbetriebs wurden zwei Regeländerungen bekannt gegeben:
Kaderprüfung
Ab der Kaderprüfung vor dem 1. TAT war es ab sofort nicht mehr möglich, einen Kader durch den Verkauf oder das Verleihen eines Spielers so zu verändern, dass er gegen die Kaderregularien verstößt (mind. 20 Spieler, mind. 10 Inländer).
Nicht-EU-Auslänger
Die Beschränkung auf 5 Nicht-EU-Ausländer wurde aufgehoben. Damit orientierte sich BMO an den Statuen der DFL, die eine entsprechende Beschränkung bereits 2006/07 aufgehoben hatte.
Ereignisse
Serverwechsel
Da der bisherige Server nicht mehr den Vorstellung der Admins hinsichtlich eines ausgewogenen Preis- / Leistungsverhältnisses entsprach, wurde ein Serverwechsel vollzogen. Aus diesem Grund war BMO während des Saisonübergangs zu Saison 38 bis 22.07.2013 nicht erreichbar. Der Webspace wurde nun von der ALL-INKL.COM, 02742 Friedersdorf, (www.all-inkl.com) bereitgestellt.
Neuer BMO-Lizenzinhaber
Im Zusammenhang mit dem Serverwechsel ging auch die sog. BMO-Lizenz vom Admin giggyzerocool auf den Admin Hardkore über. Giggyzerocool bliebt aber weiterhin für den Betrieb des Forums verantwortlich. Das Forum war vom Serverwechsel nicht betroffen.

Nach der Formauswertung zum TAT 8 gab es insgesamt 48 Spieler der höchsten Stärkeklasse 12.
