Manager BigD ist seit Saison 11 beim BMO und übernahm damals die Geschicke bei Iraklis Saloniki in der neu gegründeten griechischen Liga. In Saison 13 gründete er dort die Amateur- und Jugendabteilungen. In Saison 16 konnte er mit der griechischen Jugendmeisterschaft seinen ersten nennenswerten Erfolg verbuchen. In den folgenden Jahren konnte er diesen Titel drei weitere Male erringen und die Iraklis-Jugend so zur erfolgreichsten in Griechenland machen. In Saison 22 gelang errang er die erste von insgesamt drei Amateurmeisterschaften (Saison 23 und 25). Die Krönung seiner Zeit bei Iraklis war der Gewinn der Profi-Meisterschaft in Saison 26. In den Saison 25 bis 27 wurde er drei mal als Manager des Jahres in Griechenland ausgezeichnet. Nachdem die griechische Liga nach Saison 27 den Betrieb einstellen musste, wurde ihm ehrenhaft der Titel "Letzer Manager des Jahres in Griechenland" verliehen.
Im Anschluss übernahm er interimsmäßig bis Saison 29 die Geschicke beim spanischen Verein Athletic Bilbao, wo er allerdings keine nennenswerten Erfolge verbuchen konnte. Danach ließ BigD seine Tätigkeit als Manager auf unbestimmte Zeit ruhen.
Im Dezember, zur Beginn der Saison 32, wurde Aris Saloniki in den Spielbetrieb der zweiten Liga in Südosteuropa aufgenommen. BigD bewarb sich auf die vakante Stelle des Managerpostens und nahm somit nach drei Spielzeiten Auszeit wieder seine Tätigkeit auf.
