Jugendinternate sind für die Saison 17 vorgesehen. [Anm: Sie sind implementiert, müssen jedoch nicht integriert werden. Das ist noch völlig offen]
Ihr Sinn ist es die Bindung der einzelnen Vereine an bestimmte Nationen zu ermöglichen und zusätzlichen den Jugendbereich zu erweitern.
Man kann als Manager 3 Jugendinternate bauen. Diese Internate kosten einmalig 500.000 Euro und pro Saison Unterhaltskosten von 500.000 Euro.
Pro Saison kann man bei einem Internat 3 Jugendspieler rekrutieren, die auch sofort zum Jugendkader, oder falls alt genug in Amateurkader bzw. Profikader gezogen werden können.
Das Scouten und das in die anderen Kader ziehen kostet nichts, allerdings die Aktivierung eines Internats und der Bau.
Die Jugendinternate sind unabhängig von den Jugendkadern, man muss also keinen Jugendkader besitzen, um Internate betreiben zu können. Allerdings muss man dann unter Umständen 4 Jahre warten, um einen Spieler in seinen Profikader ziehen zu können.
Jugendspieler verbessern sich in Internaten nicht. Weder in Form, noch in Stärke oder Talent.
Sie altern allerdings jedes Jahr, wie alle anderen Spieler auch.
