Die Slavenska 2 ist die zweithöchste Spielklasse im Länderverbund Osteuropa und seit der Saison 10 in das BMO-Universum integriert. Aus der Slavenska 2 steigen jede Saison der Zweitligameister sowie der Zweit- und Drittplatzierte in die Slavenska auf.
