Das reale Vorbild
Wolfsburg ist das BMO-Pendant zum realen Verein VfL Wolfsburg welcher zur Zeit in der Bundesliga spielt.
Beim BMO erblickte der Verein in Saison 2 das Licht der Welt und wurde dort von Manager Picco geführt. Es folgte Manager André Nöthlings und darauf Manager Lex. Ab Saison 5 siehe Saisonhistorie.
In seinen ersten Saisons war der VfL Wolfsburg ein Verein, der im grauen Mittelmaß dahinvegetierte. Als Manager Lex den Verein übernahm, ging es dann allerdings recht schnell aufwärts, was in der frühen Zeit des BMO noch relativ einfach zu bewerkstelligen war, wenn man genügend Zeit in den BMO investierte. Allerdings haben es auch die darauffolgenden Manager geschafft, den Verein oben zu halten, so dass Wolfsburg der erfolgreichste Verein von BMO-Deutschland ist.
Zeitweilig war der Verein auch in Europa mit in der Spitze (Top3 in der europäischen Dreijahreswertung) vertreten, auch wenn auf der europäischen Bühne die ganz großen Erfolge ausblieben.
