Der Alpen-Appennini-Pokal ist der Nachfolgewettbewerb des Alpenliga-Pokals der Alpenliga und der Coppa Italia Italiens.
Spielmodus
Gespielt wird im KO-System in fünf Runden: Vorrunde - Achtelfinale - Viertelfinale - Halbfinale - Finale. Der Sieger wird jeweils in einem Spiel ermittelt, das ggf. verlängert wird. Fällt auch in der Verlängerung keine Entscheidung, folgt ein Elfmeterschießen.
Das Finale findet abwechselnd in den vier Ländern des Länderverbund statt in der Reihenfolge Schweiz - Italien - Österreich - Liechtenstein.
Das Torkonto enthält zu Beginn des Wettbewerbs bei Erstligisten sechs, bei Zweitligisten fünf Tore. Nach dem Viertelfinale wird es um vier Tore aufgestockt.
