Aktuelle Version
Der Erfolg eines Managers kann an seinem Managerlevel abgelesen werden. Dieser bezieht sich sowohl auf die Erfolge/Misserfolge, als auch auf die Amtsdauer.
Aufwertungen
Amtsdauer: Am Ende jeder Saison, in der ein Manager bei einem Verein tätig war, erhält er eine Aufwertung seines Levels (bis zu 5 mal).
Erfolge: Für jeden erreichten Titel (Meisterschaft, Pokal-/EC-/EL-Sieg, Aufstieg, Welt-, Kontinentalmeisterschaft) erhält der Manager eine Aufwertung seines Levels.
Abwertungen
Abstieg: Jeder Manager, dessen Verein absteigt, wird um einen Managerlevel abgewertet (Ausnahme: Der Level des Managers beträgt 1).
Besonderheiten
Bei Auf-/Abstieg ist das Saisonziel maßgebend, sprich der Level ändert sich nur dann, wenn das Saisonziel laut Tabelle erreicht/nicht erreicht wurde. Dies kommt zustande, wenn sich z.B. die Ligagrößen ändern, wodurch mehrere Vereine aufsteigen können bzw. nicht absteigen müssen.
