Geschichte
Der Verein wurde zur Saison 5 gegründet und spielte von Beginn in der Premier League. Nach dem Abstieg in The Championship, in Saison 7, spielten die Rovers dort für zwei Spielzeiten. Mit dem Aufstieg zurück in die Premier League in Saison 9 gelang dem Verein die Wende. Zwar folgte noch mal ein Abstieg aber seit Saison 11 sind die Rovers wieder ununterbrochen in der Premier League. Seit Saison 13 gibt es auch ein Amateurteam.

Vereinskultur
Seit dem Tag als Teutone die Führung des Vereins übernommen hat, gibt es eine klare Entwicklung der Blackburn Rovers, an die Climacx anknöpft:
- Wirtschaftliche langfristige Planung steht an erster Stelle der Vereinsphilosophie.
- Die Ausbildung und Förderung von jungen großtalentierten Spielern hat Priorität.
- Der Verein will nicht den kurzfristigen Erfolg, sondern eine gesunde Entwicklung nehmen.
- Das Veriensziel besteht darin, den Profikader mit eigenen Spielern zu füllen, um nicht auf Transfers angewiesen zu sein.
- Ein fairer Umgang mit anderen Vereinen, insbesondere wenn sie von Neu-Managern geleitet werden.
Erfolge
Die grossen Titel kommen noch, aber trotzdem gab es schon was zu feiern.
