Lech Posen (offiziell: KKS Lech Poznań) ist ein polnischer Fußballverein. Posen (polnisch Poznań [ˈpɔznaɲ]), im westlichen Teil Polens an der Warthe gelegen, ist die historische Hauptstadt der Provinz Großpolen und der gleichnamigen Woiwodschaft. Die fünftgrößte Stadt Polens (rd. 550.000 Einwohner) ist ein Zentrum von Industrie, Handel und Forschung und gehört zu den kulturellen Mittelpunkten des Landes.
Lech Posen wurde 1922 gegründet und ist nach Lech, dem angeblichen Gründer Polens, benannt. Die Elf wird auch "Kolejorz" genannt.
