Emmanuel Olisadebe war einer der besten polnischen Stürmer in der Geschichte des BMO. Er begann seine Karriere beim TSV 1860 München in der 1. deutschen Liga, bevor er zum AZ Alkmaar nach Holland wechselte. Hier hatte Olisadebe seiner erfolgreichste Zeit, wurde zu einem der besten Stürmer der BMO-Welt und polnischer Nationalspieler.
Im Alter von 31 Jahren wechselte er für 6 Millionen Euro, was bis heute einer der teuersten Transfers in Griechenland ist, zu Iraklis Saloniki, wo er aber nie an seine ehemaligen Erfolge anknüpfen konnte. Seine Karriere fand in der Amateurmannschaft von Iraklis einen unrühmhaften Ausklang, obwohl er dort nocheinmal seine alte Torgefährlichkeit zeigte. Nach der Saison 17 beendete Olisadebe seine Karriere.
Olisadebe nahm an den Weltmeisterschaften in Saison 5 und 9 teil, sowie den Europameisterschaften in Saison 7, 10 und 12.
