Historie
Der Verein wurde unter dem Namen Vestel Manisaspor in Saison 12 in die damals neugegründete 2. Lig der Türkei aufgenommen und stieg bereits in Saison 13 auf. Seit dem gehört der Club der Turkcell Süper Lig an. Das Team schaffte den Klassenerhalt in Saison 14 nur sehr knapp, konnte sich aber seit dem in der ersten Liga etablieren und im Mittelfeld der Tabelle festsetzen. Durch den Pokalsieg von Fenerbahce Istanbul in Saison 22 nahm Manisaspor als Nachrücker erstmals an der Qualifikationsrunde zum Europa-Cup teil, schied jedoch in der ersten Runde aus.
