Das Team Rizespor aus der Provinzstadt Rize ist seit der 6.Saison in der türkischen Oberklasse vertreten.

Umbruch in Rizespor

Seid schon zwei Jahren wird der Kader immer smaller und verjüngert. Der Kader ist mit einen durchschnitts Alter von über 33 Jahren sehr veraltet. Manager Vakeron hat sich in den letzten Saisons einiges an Geld durch TV, Pokal, Liga gespart, um damit den Wandel der Mannschaft gut zu finanzieren. Da der Verein extrem an Erfahrung verlieren wird und die jungen Wilden immer mehr und mehr in die Profimannschaft intregiert werden, setzt Manager Vakeron wie er gerne immer wieder betont auf denn eigenen Nachwuchs. Vakeron möchte so dass Team schon frühzeitig besser zusammenführen. Zwischen Saison 29 und 31 will Vakeron noch zwei bis drei junge Spieler einkaufen um die aktuell noch fehlenden Positionen im Kader zu besetzen. Auf Hinblick des sportlichen Erfolgs wird man Rizespor in den nächsten fünf bis sieben Spielzeiten nicht unter den Top 10 der Liga antreffen. Erst danach wird man mit jeder Saison dass Ziel eine Stufe höher stellen.
