Die Saison 72 begann am 02.02.2023 mit der Saisonvorbereitung und endete am 08.05.2023 mit dem Saisonübergang zu Saison 73. Der erste Liga-TAT wurde am 25.02.2023 ausgespielt.

Ereignisse
Die Administratoren führten eine Umfrage durch, ob die Auswärtstorregel, die von der UEFA schon vor einiger Zeit abgeschafft worden war, auch bei BMO wegfallen solle. An der Abstimmung nahmen 32 Manager teil, 17 sprachen sich für die Beibehaltung der Auswärtstorregel aus, 15 dagegen. Damit galt bei BMO die Auswärtstorregel für internationale Wettbewerbe weiterhin.
