Die Jugendabteilung in einem Verein dient der Nachwuchsförderung. Es können maximal 25 Spieler in einem Jugendkader spielen welche zwischen 13 und 19 Jahre alt sein dürfen. Diese Spieler können mit Hilfe des Scouting oder von anderen Jugendkader abgeworben werden.

Ligenebene
Die Jugendabteilungen spielen in den Ligenebenen 9, 10 und 11.
Verträge
Eine zufällige Anzahl von Jugendspielern verlässt am Ende jeder Saison den Kader, dies kann nur durch einen Vorvertrag verhindert werden. Jeder Jugendspieler wird spätestens mit erreichen des 20. Lebensjahres den Jugendkader verlassen und den Status vereinslos erhalten. Über das Spielermenü können Jugendspieler ab 17 Jahren zu den Amateuren bzw. zu den Profis befördert werden (Hier werden auch die Vorverträge gegeben). Da durch erlischt ein eventuell vorhandener Vorvertrag und der Spieler erhält einen 1 jahres Vertrag mit Verlängerung.
Beschränkungen
- Es sind keine Transfers mit Spielern aus der Jugendabteilung möglich.
- Die Alter-FTCPs entfallen.
- Spieler aus der Jugendabteilungen können nicht Welttorschützenkönig werden.
- Es gilt für Spieler aus den Jugenabteilungen folgende Stärkeobergrenzen:
- 13-14 Jahre = 2
- 15-16 Jahre = 3
- ab 17 Jahre = 4
