Michael Bastheim alias Hardkore, geboren am 7.1.1968 in Hamburg ist Manager bei Lazio Rom in der Italienischen Serie A bei BMO.

So kam ich zum BMO
Mein Bruder Matthias Bastheim Manager bei FC Liverpool] zeigte mir die Seite an einem trüben Januar Tag (11.01.2004). Ich war sofort von dem Spiel begeistert, wir (mein Bruder und ich) spielten schon seit Jahren die Anstossreihe, aber uns fehlte dort etwas und zwar das, „mit vielen zusammen so ein Spiel zu spielen“. Seitdem komme ich auch von diesem Spiel nicht mehr los.
Mein BMO Geschichte
Ich bin seit der Saison 7 (2004/01, genau genommen 11.01.2004) beim BMO dabei. Zuerst übernahm ich den Türkischen Erstligisten Trabzonspor, was aber nur ein kurzes Gastspiel war. Ab 2004/02 ging ich dann zu Sampdoria Genua und führte diese in den BMO UI Cup, wo man sich am Ende auch für den BMO Europa Cup Qualifizierte. Ab 2004/08 wechselte ich dann zum OGC Nice, wurde aber nach einer enttäuschenden Saison nur 10. Dann (2004/12) ging ich zu seinem Absoluten Traumverein Hamburg St. Pauli und wurde im ersten Jahr gleich Tabellen Zwölfter mit einer Mannschaft die das Ziel hatte, nicht abzusteigen. Im 2 Jahr bei Pauli wiederholte ich das Kunststück und wurde wieder Zwölfter und gewann den BMO DFB Pokal. In der Saison wurde ich von meinen Managerkollegen zum Manager des Jahres gewählt. In der Saison 11 aber leider stieg ich mit St. Pauli in die 2 Liga ab, aber es ergab sich die Chance Mainz zu übernehmen und die nahm ich war. Ich war dort von 2006/01 bis 2006/09 tätig und wurde auch gleich in der ersten Saison dort BMO Bundesliga Meister. Seit 2006/09 bin ich bei Lazio Rom angestellt, im ersten Jahr gab es nicht viel zu holen man wurde nur Zehnter, aber für die Saison 15 hat man sich einiges vorgenommen.

Mein reales Leben
Mein Familienstand ist geschieden, kommt in jeder guten Ehe mal vor, ich habe einen Sohn (Yannick 9 ½ Jahre alt) , auf den ich mächtig Stolz bin, der neben Judo und Schach auch Fußball spielt. Ich Lebe seit 1 Jahr mit meiner Freundin Bianca zusammen und arbeite bei der Overnight Service GmbH oder auch Der Kurier genannt in Hamburg als Kaufmännischer Angestellter. Mein Hobby ist ganz klar der Fußball, man kann fast sagen, dass mein Leben fast nur aus Fußball besteht. Ich bin bei meinem Verein H.E.B.C[[2]] nicht nur Jugendleiter sondern auch 2. Vorsitzender und Trainer der 1 A – Jugend. Ab März werde ich den 2000 Jahrgang mit Trainieren, da ich ab Sommer die A - Jugend abgeben werde und mich dann nur noch auf die kleinen konzentrieren möchte, den hier liegt die Zukunft des Vereins. Nebenbei fahre ich noch Radrennen, besser gesagt eigentlich nur eins (mir fehlt einfach die Zeit, da der Trainingsaufwand zirka 300 Km in der Woche recht hoch ist) die Vattenfall Cyclassics in Hamburg. Habe ich mehr Zeit, fahre ich auch andere Rennen, wobei mir es dabei nicht um das Gewinnen geht, was ich eh nie schaffen werde, sondern das ich meine Ziele erreiche.
