Das Trainingslager verbessert den Effekt des Trainings und somit die Form. Jeder Kader kann bis zu 3x pro Saison in ein Trainingslager fahren. Sofern finanziell machbar, kann dies in beliebiger Reihenfolge geschehen. Die Kosten für ein Trainingslager richten sich nach der Anzahl der Spieler und der Liga in der man sich befindet:

• Liga 1: € 30.000 pro Spieler
• Liga 2: € 25.000 pro Spieler
• Liga 3: € 20.000 pro Spieler
• Liga 4: € 15.000 pro Spieler
• Liga 5: € 10.000 pro Spieler
• Amateurliga: € 20.000 pro Spieler
• Amateurklasse: € 15.000 pro Spieler
• alle weiteren Ligen: € 5.000 pro Spieler
