Der Nils-Holgersson-Wanderpokal ist der Ligapokal des Länderverbundes Skandinavien und wird seit der Saison 25 jeweils zum Saisonübergang ausgetragen. Er wurde vom damaligen Landesleiter Danielo ins Leben gerufen und organisiert; seit der 4. Auflage wird er abwechselnd von einem Mitglied der skandinavischen Community durchgeführt.
Der Wettbewerb findet in einer Gruppenphase und einer anschließenden K.O.-Runde statt. Die Größe und Zusammensetzung der Gruppen sowie die Torkonten hängen von der Anzahl der Teilnehmenden ab. Eine Besonderheit des Reglements ist, dass es keine FTCP gibt. Statt dessen können die Heimmannschaften drei Zahlen zwischen eins und sechs auswählen und bekommen bei der Auswertung je nach Würfelglück einen Extratreffer zugeschrieben.

Bisherige Auflagen
Nachdem Cody Maverick mit dem FC Lahti die ersten zwei Auflagen gewonnen hat, gab es in den folgenden Wettbewerben immer einen neuen Champion. Bemerkenswert ist, dass die letzten drei Wettbewerbe jeweils von einem neu gegründeten Team gewonnen wurden.

Bei der vierten Auflage wurde erstmals ein nicht skandinavischer Gast aufgenommen: Da Schlenzer aufgrund seiner intimen Beziehungen zu diversen heimischen Managern nicht dem Länderverbund Skandinavien beitreten darf, wurde er zum Ehren-Holga ernannt und nimmt seitdem mit Chievo Verona und später mit Osnabrück am Nils-Holgersson-Wanderpokal teil. Bei der fünften Auflage war zudem erstmals der Liegen(d)leiter Ado mit von der Partie.
