Die Saison 46 begann am ??? und endete am ???.2015 mit dem Saisonübergang zu Saison 47. Der erste Liga-TAT wurde am ??? ausgespielt.

Neuerungen
Zusammenlegung der Ligen England, Schottland und Irland
Aufgrund des anhaltenden Managermangels wurden die Ligen von England, Schottland und Irland zum Länderverbund "Großbritannien und Irland" zusammengelegt.
Die neue Liga setzte sich wie folgt zusammensetzen:
1.Liga: England 7 / Irland 7/ Schottland 4 2.Liga: England 8/ Irland 6/ Schottland 4 3.Liga: restliche Vereine
Irland besaß zum Ende der Saison 45 die meisten besetzten Vereine in der 1. Liga, England die meisten besetzten Vereine insgesamt. Deshalb entschieden sich die Admins, England und Irland in der 1. Liga gleich zu behandeln, dafür erhielt England die meisten Plätze in der 2. Liga.
Durch die Zusammenlegung änderten sich auch die internationalen Teilnehmer für die Saison 46. Da Irland das bestplatzierteste Land in der 3-Jahreswertung der drei Länder war, bekam Irland einen Platz mehr als England und Schottland.
Deshalb hatten die Länder für die Saison 46 folgende Startplätze auf der Basis der Ergebnisse der Saison 45:
Irland: 1/3 (Championsleague, Europaleague) England: 1/2 (Championsleague, Europaleague) Schottland: 1/2 (Championsleague, Europaleague).
Die Pokalsieger qualifizierten sich in Saison 45 nicht für einen internationalen Wettbewerb der Saison 46. Ansonsten hätten sich 18 Vereine aus Großbritannien für die internationalen Wettbewerbe qualifizieret.
Bezüglich der 3-Jahreswertung wurde entschieden, dass Großbritannien automatisch die nächsten drei Saisons unabhängig von der Platzierung in der 3-Jahreswertung mit 3/7 (CL/EL (6 durch die Liga + Pokalsieger)) internationalen Plätzen vertreten sein wird. Die Berechnung des Landes und somit die Eingliederung in die 3-Jahreswertung beginnt dann ab Saison 46, so dass das Land dann ab Saison 49 in die 3-Jahres-Wertung integriert sein wird.
Die Zwangsabsteiger durch die Ligenzusammenlegung erhielten eine Ausgleichszahlung.
Schließung von Ligen in Südosteuropa und Osteuropa
Als Vorbereitung für die Ligenzusammenlegung von Südosteuropa und Osteuropa und auf Grund fehlender Manager wurden folgende Ligen geschlossen:
- Südosteuropa
- SOE-Bundesliga
- SOE-Amateurliga 2
- SOE-Jugendliga 2
- Osteuropa
- Slavenska 2
- 2. Amateurliga Slavenska
- 2. Jugendliga Slavenska
