Es gelten für jeden Kader die folgenden Vorschriften:

• Es müssen mindestens 20 Spieler im Kader stehen.
• Es müssen mindestens 10 Spieler Inländer sein. Hierbei ist zu beachten, dass in Ligen, die aus mehreren Ländern bestehen, alle Spieler der beteiligten Länder als Inländer gelten. Welche Länder jeweils zu den verschiedenen Ligen gehören, findet sich hier.
• Es dürfen nur 5 Nicht-EUler im Kader stehen. Informationen, welche Länder zur BMO-EU zählen, sind hier zu finden.

Bei Nichtbefolgung dieser Regelungen werden durch den BMO-Rat Strafen verhängt und von der Bank ausgeführt. Diese Strafen können von Geldstrafen über Zwangsverkauf von Spielern (Pfändung) bis hin zur Entlassung des Managers reichen (abhängig vom Schweregrad der Regelverletzung)!
