Holger Stanislawski ist ein deutscher Trainer, der neben der deutschen Sprache auch die portugiesische beherrscht. Er kann somit neben Deutschland und der Alpenliga auch in Portugal arbeiten. Stanislawski wurde zu Beginn von Saison 12 von Hardkore als ehemaliger Spieler zum Trainer hochgezogen und beim neugegründeten Jugendteam des damals noch als FC St. Pauli firmierenden Vereins eingesetzt. Er erreichte - nunmehr unter Daniel als Manager - auch gleich die Jugendmeisterschaft, die sich St. Pauli allerdings mit Köln teilen mußte, da die beiden deutschen Jugendligen in ihrer ersten Saison parallel und nicht untereinander angeordnet waren. Holger Stanislawski blieb seinem Jugendteam auch in den folgenden Saisons treu und gilt als nicht austauschbare Konstante des Vereins.

Sein reales Vorbild trainiert zur Zeit die Profis des FC St. Pauli und erreichte mit ihnen den Aufstieg in die 2. Bundesliga. Es bleibt zu betonen, daß der BMO-Stani bereits vor seinem realen Pendant die Trainerlaufbahn einschlug.
