Emmanuel Olisadebe war einer der besten polnischen Stürmer in der Geschichte des BMO. Er begann seine Karriere bei Weiss-Blau München in der 1. deutschen Liga, bevor er zum AZ Alkmaar nach Holland wechselte. Hier hatte Olisadebe seiner erfolgreichste Zeit, wurde zu einem der besten Stürmer der BMO-Welt und polnischer Nationalspieler. Im Alter von 31 Jahren wechselte er nach Griechenland zu Iraklis Saloniki, wo er aber nie an seine ehemaligen Erfolge anknüpfen konnte. Seine Karriere fand in der Amateurmannschaft von Iraklis einen unrühmhaften Ausklang, obwohl er dort nocheinmal seine alte Torgefährlichkeit zeigte. Nach der Saison 17 beendete Olisadebe seine Karriere.

Olisadebe nahm an den Weltmeisterschaften in Saison 5 und 9 teil, sowie den Europameisterschaften in Saison 7, 10 und 12.
