Wie kam ich zum BMO
Ich habe mich Anfang dieses Jahrtausends sehr viel mit PbeM's beschäftigt, doch wurde mir das mit der Zeit zu eintönig, weshalb ich dann über eine Suchmaschine nach Online-Managern mit mehr Festures gesucht habe. So habe ich den BMO gefunden.
Mein Werdegang beim BMO
Es lief gerade Saison 4. In der Jobbörse war damals der AC Mailand frei, aber der damalige Ligaleiter von Italien, Super Eagle, wollte mir als Neuling (verständlicherweise) keinen Spitzenverein an die Hand geben. Mit Brescia Calcio, die ich stattdessen übernahm und das damals eines der schlechtesten Teams in der Serie A war, und wo ich in Saison 4 nichts mehr bewirken konnte. In der Folgesaison 5 konnte aber ein einstelliger Mittelfeldplatz geholt werden, was mir half, den AC Mailand zu Beginn der Saison 6 zu übernehmen.
Von Saison 6-9 war ich bei Mailand tätig, wo ich aber außer der Amateurmeisterschaft keine Titel holen konnte.
Danach folgte ein Wechsel zu Manchester United, wo ich 3 Saisons tätig war (Saison 10-12). Leider konnte ich auch dort bis auf den Pokalsieg in Saison 12 keinen Titel holen, weshalb ich desillusioniert zu Wolfsburg (damals noch VfL) wechselte.
In meiner ersten Saison in Deutschland hab ich dann tatsächlich das Double geholt, was mir den Titel des Managers des Jahres einbrachte. In den Folgejahren konnte aber kein weiterer Titel geholt werden, was mich dazu veranlasste, meine Managertätigkeit beim BMO kurzzeitig an den Nagel zu hängen.
Da die Pause zwischen den Saisons etwas länger war und ich meine Abstinenz nicht wirklich lange durchgehalten habe, wollte ich zur Abwechslung wieder zurück zu meinen Anfängen, zu einem kleinen Verein in Italien, wehalb ich aktuell Manager bei Salernitana Sport bin. Das Team habe ich zur Saison 16 als Abstiegskandidat in der Serie B übernommen und zur Saison 19 in die Serie A geführt.

Ziele
Aktuell will ich versuchen, Salernitana Sport mittelfristig in der Serie A zu etablieren und langfristig an die um di internationalen Plätze mitzuspielen.
