Die Bundesliga ist die höchste Spielklasse im deutschen Fußball und ist von Anfang an im BMO vertreten.
Jeder Verein der Liga tritt in Hin- und Rückspielen gegen jeden anderen Verein der 1. Liga an. Die Mannschaft mit den meisten Punkten aus allen Spielen wird deutscher Meister. Aus der Bundesliga steigen die letzten drei Mannschaften in die zweite Bundesliga ab.

Rekordmeister ist somit Wolfsburg, welches dreimal den Titel gewinnen konnte. Der einzige Manager der mehr als einen Titel gewinnen konnte ist Kuma, der die ersten beiden Meisterschaften mit Weiß-Blau München für sich entscheiden konnte. Weiß-Blau München ist damit auch nur eins von zwei Teams das eine Meisterschaft verteidigen konnte. Das andere ist Rot-Weiß München, welches allerdings von verschiedenen Managern geleitet wurde.
Internationale Qualifikation
Europaliga
Für die Europaliga qualifiziert sich derzeit der deutsche Meister, sowie der Zweitplatzierte.
Europacup
Am Europacup dürfen derzeit diejenigen Vereine teilnehmen, die in der Vorsaison Platz 3 bis 5 der Bundesliga erreicht haben.
