aktuell ist climacx Manager des englischen Vereins Blackburn Rovers und spielt dort in der Preimier League, desweiteren ist er Teamchef der englischen U21 Nationalmannschaft. Er hat den Managerlevel 6.
Karriere beim BMO
1. Station bei Cottbus: von 2005/08 bis 2006/04
Obwohl erst nach dem letzten TAT der Saison als Manager verpflichtet, stieg er als Neuling mit Cottbus aus der 2. Bundesliga in die Regionalliga ab. Sein Vorgänger, Manager yarhi, der eigentlich den Abstieg und die desulate Zusammensetzung der Mannschaft zu verantworten hatte, flüchtete noch rasch vor dem Saisonende.
Die Regionalliga ist zu diesem Zeitpunkt eine Mischliga, sie besteht aus Amateurteams und Profiteams, den Aufstieg schaften damals die 3 bestplazierten Profiteams. Trotz massiver Umgestalltung des Kaders, alte Spieler (Ü30) sowie kleintalentierte und viele mitteltalentierte Spieler wurde gegen möglichst junge und vornehmlich grosstalentierte Spieler ausgetauscht.Trotz der damit verbundenen Schwächung der Spielstärke, gelang der direkte Wiederaufstieg in die 2. Bundesliga. Mit Tabellenplatz 6, war man das beste Profiteam der Regionalliga.
Als Aufsteiger in der 2. Bundesliga mit einem mittelklassigen Kader, spielte Cottbus erneut eine sehr gute Saison. Erst am letzten TAT der Saison, stand fest, das man den Aufstieg mit dem 5. Tabellenplatz knapp verpaßt hat. Auch in dieser Saison, wurde der Kader weiter geformt und verstärkt (mit fast unverändertem Kader gelingt t.blandi in Saison 14 dann der Aufstieg in die 1. Bundesliga). Nach der Saison verabschiedete sich climacx schweren Herzens von „seinem“ Verein und fand mit t.blandi einen sehr guten Nachfolger der ab sofort Cottbus übernahm.
2. Station bei Blackburn Rovers: von 2006/05 bis heute
Mit einer guten Saisonleistung, qualifizierte man sich mit dem 6. Tabellenplatz für die [EC-Qualification]]. Man nutzte die Hintertür in den EC und mußte sich dort erst in der 3. Runde geschlagen geben. Gründung des Amateurteams.
Mit einem 4. Tabellenplatz konnte man die Leistung der letzten Saison noch verbessern und es gelingt die direkte Qualifikation für den EC. Meisterschaft mit dem Amateurteam !
