Nationalmannschaften sind von Managern gesteuerte Mannschaften. Sie können zusätzlich zum Hauptverein übernommen werden. Die Einflussmöglichkeiten des Teamchefs beschränken sich hierbei auf die Nominierung von Spielern, die Aufstellung der spielenden Elf für jedes Spiel, sowie natürlich das Tippen der Spiele an denen die Mannschaft teilnimmt.

Nominierung & Aufstellung
Zur Nominierung hat der Teamchef die Möglichkeit 25 Spieler aus den (bis zu) 15 stärksten Torleuten, 30 stärksten Verteidigern, 30 stärksten Mittelfeldspielern, sowie 25 stärksten Stürmern der betreffenden Nationalität auszuwählen. Das System empfiehlt hierbei 3 Torleute, 8 Abwehrspieler, 8 Mittelfeldspieler und 6 Stürmer zu berufen. Das Nominieren ist generell die ganze Saison über möglich, der Nationalmannschaftskader kann jederzeit geändert werden außer während laufenden Turnieren. Üblicherweise wird die Nominierungsdeadline im Forum bekannt gegeben. Bis Ende des Turnieres ist eine Änderung des Kaders nun nicht mehr möglich. Nur nominierte Spieler können aufgestellt werden.
Verletzungen & Sperren
Verletzungen und Sperren die während eines Nationalmannschaftwettberbes auftreten gelten nur für diesen und werden nach Ende des Turniers aufgehoben. Verletzungen sind generell nicht mit Formverlust verbunden. Ein Training der Nationalmannschaft ist nicht mehr möglich. Dies wurde in Saison 11 abgeschafft, da das Risiko harten Trainings von den Nationalspieler abstellenden Vereinen getragen würde und nicht vom ausführenden Teamchef.
Entlassung des Teamchefs
Teamchefs werden normalerweise nur nach den Kontinentalwettbewerben entlassen wenn es ihnen nicht gelingt sich für die folgende Weltmeisterschaft zu qualifizieren. Bei der Weltmeisterschaft hat ein Nichtüberstehen der Gruppenphase keine Auswirkungen. Ein System mit Zielvorgaben zum Ausgleich der geringen Chancen als Teamchef schwächerer Teams länger im Amt zu bleiben wurde häufig besprochen, prinzipiell beschlossen, aber bislang nicht eingeführt.
