Karriere beim BMO
1. Station bei Essen:
Saison14:
Zum Saisonanfang der 14 Saison übernahm ich meinen ersten Verein im BMO. Den Oberligisten Essen, die nach einer katastrophenhaften 13 Saison mit dem 18 Tabellenplatz meines vorherigen Managers endete. Manager Pumelnaldo, der eigentlich den Abstieg und die desolate Zusammensetzung der Mannschaft zu verantworten hatte, flüchtete noch rasch vor dem Saisonende. Nach einer harten 14 Saison, stieg ich sofort wieder in die alte Liga auf. Den Aufstieg schafften damals die 3 bestplazierten Profiteams. Ich fing also an, den Essener Profikader zu verstärken und gleichzeitig ein wenig zu verjüngen. Mit Tabellenplatz 3, war man das dritt beste Profiteam der Regionalliga. Also der Aufstieg war perfekt.
Saison 15:
Als Aufsteiger in die Regionalliga mit einem mittelklassigen Kader, spielte Essen leider eine mittelmäßige Saison. Das Saisonziel Klassenerhalt wurde mit dem 15 Tabellenplatz trotzdem geschafft. Auch in dieser Saison, wurde der Kader weiter geformt und verstärkt. Die Essener Jugend dagegen erkämpfte sich am ende einen ansehnlichen 5 Tabellenplatz.
Saison 16:
Die 16 Saison war für mein Essener Profiteam schon besser gelaufen. Nach einer Nervenaufreibenden Saison stand das Team am ende auf Platz 7. Bei meiner Jugend hatte ich da noch mehr Glück. Eine sehr gute Saison für mich, die am Ende mit dem 1 Tabellenplatz belohnt wurde. Mein erster großer Erfolg in meiner Karriere. Aufstieg. Nach der Saison verabschiedete ich mich schweren Herzens von meinem Verein Essen und fand mit Ronald einen Nachfolger der Essen übernahm und meine Arbeit weiter zu führen versuchte.
2. Station bei Servette Geneve:
Saison 17:
Nachdem der vorherrige Manager Pätty Servette Geneve verließ und nach Frankreich wechselte übernahm ich den Club mit gutem Gewissen. Ich wusste ja das Pätty eine sehr gute Arbeit in Geneve hinterließ. Diese wollte ich natürlich versuchen weiter zu führen. Mit sofortigen Transfers, also Verstärkungen und Verjüngung des Kaders war meine erste Amtshandlung in Geneve. Mit dem Profiteam von Geneve gelang ich am ende auf den 8 Tabellenplatz, genau das gleiche Ergebnis konnte auch mein Amateurteam vorweisen. Nur meine Jugend konnte diesmal wieder Akzente setzen und schloss mit dem stolzen Ergebnis Tabellenplatz 3 ab. Mein zweiter großer BMO Erfolg war damit perfekt. Der Aufstieg meiner Jugend war damit geschafft.
Saison 18:
Die 18 BMO Saison war für mich wie jede andere. Ich hatte meine Saisonziele größtenteils geschafft. Meine Profis landeten am Saisonende auf den 10 Platz. Meine Amateure erzielten sogar den 8 Platz. Nur meine Jugend enttäuschte mich diesmal. Tabellenplatz 14 hieß es leider nur diesmal. Naja, keine tolle leistung meiner 3 Teams, aber es kann durch viel Arbeit und Geschick noch besser werden. Nur das Transferkarussell wurde in der 18 Saison kräftig gedreht. Es wurde sehr viel Geld in Verstärkungen für die nächste Saison investiert.
