Ralle, mit bürgerlichem Namen Ralf Fröde, geboren am 17.12.1985 in Bautzen. Er wohnt in der schönen Oberlausitz mit seiner Freundin und den beiden Kindern. Neben Familie und Beruf interessiert er sich für jegliche Sportarten, mit Hauptaugenmerk Fussball. Er sympathisiert mit den Vereinen Hertha BSC sowie Dynamo Dresden.

Allgemeines
Das BMO-Leben
Manager Ralle kam in Saison 10 zum BMO. Seine erste Bewerbung landete beim FC Sion, wurde jedoch aufgrund mangelnder Kompetenz abgelehnt. Nachdem in Kopenhagen eine Stelle frei wurde, da Manager barninho nach wenigen Tagen das Handtuch warf, bewarb Ralle sich auf den Posten des sportlichen Leiters dieses traditionsreichen Fussballklub aus Dänemark. Nach ein paar Tagen der Ungewissheit wurde Ralle durch den damaligen Ligaleiter Hardkore eingestellt. Wie sich nun zeigte, der Beginn einer langen BMO-Tätigkeit.
Die ersten Jahre verliefen sportlich gesehen nach "Leverkusener Art". Es wurde bei allen Abteilungen der Vizemeistertitel gefeiert, bei der Jugendabteilung sogar 5x hintereinander. Erste Erfolge kamen erst in der Saison 33 mit dem Gewinn der Amateurmeisterschaft. In der Saison 42 und 43 konnte man im Jugendbereich den Titel gewinnen, in Saison 51 folgte erneut die Amateurmeisterschaft. Lediglich bei den Profis konnte man bislang keinen Titel erreichen.
Ralle forcierte neben den sportlichen Zielen auch die Fortführung der durch die Ligaleiter Hardkore, Smoerre und Elffreunde jahrelang gepflegte SKA-Gemeinschaft. Als Mitbegründer des traditionsreichen Altherren-Pokals oder des Nils-Holgersson-Wanderpokal zeigte er sich immer wieder in Verantwortung.
In den letzten Saisons zeigte Ralle auch seine Verantwortung gegenüber dem BMO. Nach intensiven Gesprächen mit Hardkore und Sykeflo übernahm er den Posten des Leiters Nationalmannschaften. Durch den leisen Abgang von Raszagal erfolgte die Übergabe zur Saison 41. Durch den zahlreichen Managerschwund der vergangenen Saisons wurde in Saison 48 erstmals kein Nationalmannschaftsturnier ausgerichtet. Nach 3 Saisons Pause erfolgte in Saison 51 die Rückkehr in einer abgespeckten Version (ohne U21-Teams). In den nächsten Jahren soll hier jedoch eine "Sanierung" des Wettbewerbes vollzogen werden.
In Saison 50 wurde Ralle Ligaleiter von Portugal. Da es bekannt war, dass der Ligaverband zur darauffolgenden Saison mit dem spanischen Landesverband zur Iberia-Liga zusammen geschlossen wird, konnte Ralle seine ersten Erfahrungen als Offizieller sammeln. Grund hierfür war die Weiterbeschäftigung ab Saison 51 in Deutschland. Hardkore übergab die Verantwortung des größten Ligaverbandes beim BMO, da er sich als Admin anderen, wichtigeren Baustellen widmen wollte. Zuvor hatte die Ligaleiterfunktion kein anderer Manager inne.
Nach mittlerweile 13 realen Jahren (45 Saisons) ist Ralle einer der treuesten Manager beim BMO (Treuste Manager). Auch in Zukunft wird seine sportliche Existenz in Kopenhagen liegen, ein Wechseln in einen anderen Landesverband ist für Ralle unvorstellbar.
