Zuständigkeit

Das BMO-Gericht ist für folgende Regelverstöße zuständig:

• Persönliche Beleidigungen oder Diskriminierung im Forum*
• Vertragsbruch*
• Verstoß gegen die Zeitungsregeln*
• Neulingsabzocke**
• Verstoß gegen die Genehmigungspflicht von Transfers**
• Multi-Using oder Cheating**

Das BMO-Gericht wird nur im Falle einer Anklage durch Dritte und niemals eigenmächtig aktiv. Bei den mit (*) markierten Verstößen erfolgt die Anklage durch die Manager und kann direkt bei den Richtern oder beim zuständigen Ligenleiter (LL) eingereicht werden. Bei den mit (**) markierten Verstößen erfolgt die Anklage ausschließlich durch die Fairplay-Kommission (FPK), die jedoch jederzeit von den Managern kontaktiert werden kann.

Richtergremium

Das Richtergremium bestand zunächst aus drei Richtern, die unabhängig und für drei Saison eingesetzt waren. Die Richter sowohl die Entscheidungen des Richtergremiums wurden im Forum unter "Aktuelle Infos" veröffentlicht.

Seit der Saison 17 wurden zwei der Richter durch die Administratoren aus dem Kreis der "normalen" Manager bestimmt. Ein Richter wurde aus dem Kreis der Ligaleiter durch die BMO-Funktionäre (Admins und LL) gewählt.

Ab der Saison 30 gab es nur noch zwei Richter, die aus dem Kreis der aktiven Ligaleiter stammen. Sie müssen ihre Urteile einstimmig fällen. Wird ein Richter selbst angeklagt, ist er nicht stimmberechtigt. Die Amtszeit jedes Richters ist seitdem auf zwei Saisons beschränkt und eine sofortige Wiederwahl oder Verlängerung nur in begründeten Ausnahmefällen möglich. Ein Richter kann sich nach einer Pause von mindestens einer Saison beliebig häufig wieder zur Wahl stellen.

Das BMO-Gericht ist eine unabhängige Instanz. Die Urteile sollen nach Anhörung aller Beteiligten (Manager, LL, FPK etc.) unter Berücksichtigung aller vorliegenden Fakten gefällt werden. Gesprochene Urteile können nicht angefochten oder revidiert werden - insbesondere auch nicht durch die Admins.
