Vor Beginn der Saison (also vor dem ersten TAT) werden die Saisonziele verschickt. Hier erhält jeder Manager vom Präsidium seines Vereines ein Saisonziel als Vorgabe. Dabei gibt das Präsidium an, welcher Tabellenbereich in der Saison aufgrund der unten angeführten Faktoren von der Mannschaft erwartet wird. Bestandsmanager erhalten hierüber eine IGM. Sollte ein Manager im Laufe der Saison den Verein wechseln, so kann er bei Amtsantritt das aktuelle Saisonziel des neuen Vereins im Vereinsbereich ablesen, ein vorheriges Saisonziel ist nichtig. Die Saisonziele sind vereinsgebunden und somit gilt immer nur das Ziel des aktuellen Vereines.
Ein Erreichen oder Verpassen des Saisonziels hat unter anderem Einfluss auf die Form der Spieler, aber auch auf den Manager- und Trainerlevel (vgl.Auf- und Abwertungen.
Faktoren zur Saisonzielberechnung:
- Stärke-Durchschnitt des ganzen Kaders (20%)
- Stärke-Durchschnitt der ersten Elf (45%)
- Trainer (5%)
- Größe des Kaders (20%)
- Finanzielle Mittel (10%)
