Die Liga de Honra ist die zweite Liga in Portugal.
Aufsteiger
Jede Saison steigen die drei Erstplatzierten der Liga de Honra in die erste portugiesische Liga auf, die Primeira Liga.
In der Saison 36 stieg allerdings nur der Meister der Liga de Honra auf, da die Primeira Liga auf 18 Vereine verkleinert wurde.
Rekordaufsteiger ist somit CD Santa Clara, das bereits sieben Mal in die Primeira Liga aufgestiegen ist.
