To.R. ist der Manager des AZ Alkmaar. Seit seiner Erwerbung der Manager-Lizenz in Saison 7 betreut er diesen Klub. Sein größter Erfolg war der Gewinn des EC in Saison 24, in der er zugleich auch zum Manager der Saison gewählt wurde. Daneben sammelte er mit Alkmaar zehn Meisterschaften und sieben Pokalsiege.
Von Saison 9 - Saison 18 leitete er die Geschicke Schottlands als LL und von Saison 18 - Saison 39 betreute er die Nationalmannschaftswettbewerbe.
