Die Saison 24 begann am 04.09.2009 und endete am 06.12.2009 mit dem Saisonübergang zu Saison 25. Der erste Liga-TAT wurde am 26.09.2009 ausgespielt.

Neuerungen
Scouting
Die Wahrscheinlichkeiten, beim Scouting von Jugendspielern bessere Talente zu sichten, wurde erhöht:
C-Jugend: Talent groß 33% (+9%), Talent mittel 67% (-9%)
B-Jugend: Talent groß 20% (+10%), Talent mittel 40% (+2%), Talent klein 40% (-12%)
Ligenprämien
Es wurden neue, länderabhängige Ligenprämien eingeführt. Hier können die neuen Ligenprämien eingesehen werden.
Die Prämien berechnen sich im Modell nach der Durchschnittsstärke einer Liga (da jeder TAT in die Berechnung eingeht, werden somit auch Transfers und Auf -/Abwertungen miteinbezogen).
Die Hauptgrund hierfür stellt neben der Attraktivät einer Liga die Konkurrenzsituation innerhalb der Ligen dar. Dementsprechend erhält z.B. ein Meister in einer starken Liga mit viel Konkurrenz eine höhere Ligenprämie als der Meister einer schwachen Liga. Anders ausgedrückt: Während ein Manager in manchen Ligen mit einem Stärke 85-Team in den EC einziehen kann, stellt dieses 85er Team in anderen Ligen aufgrund der Ligenstärke und Konkurrenz ein Abstiegsteam dar.
Ergo: Steigt der Stärkedurchschnitt einer Liga an, dann steigen auch die Prämien dieser Liga.
TV Geld
Die TV Gelder werden nun wie folgt anhand der Platzierung der Dreijahreswertung verteilt:
- 10.000.000 € für Platz 1
- 9.000.000 € für Platz 2
- 8.000.000 € für Platz 3
- 7.000.000 € für Platz 4
- 6.000.000 € für Platz 5
- 5.000.000 € für Platz 6
- 4.000.000 € für Platz 7
- 3.000.000 € für Platz 8
- 2.000.000 € für Platz 9
- 1.000.000 € für Platz 10
- 1.000.000 € für Platz 11
- 1.000.000 € für Platz 12
- 1.000.000 € für Platz 13

Nationale Pokalprämien
32er Pokal:
- 1. Runde 1.500.000 €, aber Amateure erhalten nur 0.5 Mio Startgeld
- 1/8 Finale 2.500.000 €
- ¼ Finale 3.500.000 €
- ½ Finale 4.500.000 €
- Finale 7.500.000 € (zzgl. 3.000.000 € für den Pokalsieger)
64er Pokal:
- 1. Runde 1.500.000 €, aber Amateure erhalten nur 0.5 Mio Startgeld
- 2. Runde 2.500.000 €
- 1/8 Finale 3.500.000 €
- ¼ Finale 4.500.000 €
- ½ Finale 5.500.000 €
- Finale 8.500.000 € (zzgl. 3.000.000 € für den Pokalsieger)
Internationale Prämien
EC–Qualifikation
In der EC–Qualifikation erhalten die unterlegenden Finalisten jeweils 500.000 €. Alle anderen ECQ Teilnehmer werden keine Prämien erhalten.

Hinzu kommt ein Bonus für jeden erreichten Punkt in der Vorrunde von 300 Tsd. EUR. In 10 Vorrundenspielen können somit theoretisch mit 10 Siegen bis zu 10x3x300.000 EUR = 9 Mio. EUR zusätzlich eingenommen werden.
Banden
Bei den Banden gibt es nun folgende Staffelung:
- 1. Liga: bis zu 18 Tsd. EUR/Bande
- 2. Liga: bis zu 16 Tsd. EUR/Bande
- 3. Liga: bis zu 15 Tsd. EUR/Bande
- 4. Liga: bis zu 13 Tsd. EUR/Bande
Zeitung
Die Zeitung werden wir zukünftig auf 2000 Wörter erhöhen. Es ist nun also möglich über die Zeitung 2.000.000€ einzunehmen.
Scouting
Beim Scouting für eine Amateurmannschaft werden sich die Kosten am Marktwert des Spielers ausrichten. Ein gescouteter Spieler wird in diesem Fall zukünftig 74% des MW´s kosten. Beim Scouting für eine Jugendmannschaft bleibt es bei den bisherigen Kosten (50.000 €/Europa, 60.000 €/außerhalb Europas).
Trainer
Die Trainergehälter orientieren sich an den neuen Leih-Marktwerten für großtalentierte Spieler, das bedeutet im Detail:
- Stärke 10: 4,8 Mio. EUR
- Stärke 9: 3,75 Mio. EUR
- Stärke 8: 2,775 Mio.EUR
- Stärke 7: 1,65 Mio. EUR
- Stärke 6: 900 Tsd. EUR

Vertragsbindung
Ab der Rückrunde der Saison 24 ist eine Unterschrift unter einen Transfervertrag nur noch 7 Tage lang gültig. Unterschreibt die Gegenseite den Vertrag bis dahin nicht, kommt der Vertrag nicht zustande. Dadurch soll verhindert werden, dass demjenigen, der zuerst einen Vertrag unterschreibt, im Extremfall 14 Tage lang die Hände gebunden sind, wenn die Gegenseite den Vertrag weder annimmt noch ablehnt.
Ereignisse
Zum Ende der Saison kündigte Flinx, der BMO seit vielen Saisons als Programmierer unterstützte, an, seine Tätigkeit als "Offizieller" nach dem Saisonübergang einzustellen.
