Die Kategoria Neolaion ist die griechische Jugendliga. Sie wurde in Saison 13 gegründet und in Saison 16 aufgeteilt, so dass es seit dem auch die Kategoria Neolaion 2 gibt.
Die Vereine treten in jeweils zwei Hin- und Rückspielen gegeneinander an. Der Verein mit den meisten Punkten am Ende der Saison ist Jugendmeister. Die beiden letzten Vereine steigen in die Kategoria Neolaion 2 ab.
