Die Saison 19 begann am 21.03.2008 und endete am 21.06.2008 mit dem Saisonübergang zu Saison 20. Der erste Liga-TAT wurde am 05.04.2008 ausgespielt. Erstmals wurde jedoch die erste Pokalrunde vor dem Liga-TAT gespielt und zwar am 29.03.2008.

Spielpraxis

Für Spieler, die innerhalb einer Woche kein Spiel gemacht haben, wird der Formabzug von einem Punkt auf zwei Punkte erhöht. Spieler mit mehr als einem Spiel sind hiervon nicht betroffen.

Die neue Staffelung der Spielpraxis sieht somit wie folgt aus: -1 Form: bei Überlastung +1 Form: bei zunehmender Spielpraxis -2 Form: bei mangelnder Spielpraxis

Leihbereich

Es wird neben dem Markwert eines Spielers ab Saison 19 auch einen Leih-Marktwert geben. Bei Leihen wird dann analog zum normalen Transfer ein Bereich von 74% bis 135% des Leih-Marktwertes möglich sein. Anders als der normale Marktwert, wird dieser Leih-Marktwert jedoch ausschließlich von der Stärke eines Spielers beeinflusst. Weder Alter noch Talent haben hierauf Einfluss.

Der Leihmarktwert wird 27% des Grundmarktwertes eines Spielers betragen.

Somit wird Beispielsweise ein Spieler der Stärke 3 einen Leih-Marktwert von 270k haben, ein Spieler der Stärke 6 einen Leih-Marktwert von 1080k.

Leihen werden dann bezogen auf den Leih-Marktwert im Bereich von 74% bis 135% des selbigen möglich sein.

Um bei den Beispielen zu bleiben: Spieler der Stärke 3 können für Beträge zwischen 199,8k und 364,5k ver-/geliehen werden; Spieler der Stärke 6 können für Beträge zwischen 799,2k und 1458k ver-/geliehen werden;

Gehalt

Das Gehalt eines Spielers wird komplett an den Marktwert gekoppelt werden und nicht mehr nur vom Grundmarktwert abhängen (bisher: +/- 10% je nach Talent). Das Gehalt beträgt dann 13% des Marktwertes des Spielers.

Ausnahme: Jugendkader Spieler dort haben keinen Marktwert. Hier wird das Gehalt Talentabhängig vom Grundgehalt 13% betragen.

Bestehende Verträge bleiben unverändert. Verträge mit Automatischer Verlängerung sind dann im kommenden Saisonübergang als erste von der Änderung betroffen. Vorverträge gelten in dieser Hinsicht als Verträge mit automatischer Verlängerung

An einem Spieler der Stärke 3 sollen die Auswirkungen beschrieben werden. Der Einfachheit halber sei er 26 Jahre alt, somit sein Marktwert vom Alter unbeeinflusst. Der Grund-Marktwert eines solchen Spielers ist 1000k. Das Grund-Gehalt war 150k. (15%)

Ein Großtalentierter Spieler hat einen Marktwert von 1300k (130%), hatte ein Gehalt von 165k (110%). Somit war sein Gehalt 12,69% des Marktwertes (165k / 1300k). Nun wird sein Gehalt 13% von 1300k betragen also 169k.

Ein Mitteltalentierter Spieler hat einen Marktwert von 1000k (100%), hatte ein Gehalt von 150k (100%). Somit war das Gehalt 15% des Marktwertes (150k / 1000k). Nun wird sein Gehalt 13% von 1000k betragen also 130k.

Ein Kleintalentierter Spieler hat einen Marktwert von 700k (70%), hatte ein Gehalt von 135k (90%). Somit war sein Gehalt 19,29% des Marktwertes (135k / 700k). Nun wird sein Gehalt 13% von 700k betragen also 91k.

Wie zu sehen ist, ist bei Großtalentierten Spielern die Steigerung moderat. Statt 165k wird er 169k verdienen, also 2,4% mehr. Bei Mitteltalentierten sinkt das Gehalt dagegen deutlich um 13,3% Bei Kleintalentierten sinkt es gar um 32,6%.

Zur Ausnahme bei den Jugendkadern: Bei Jugendspielern in Jugendkadern gibt es beim Gehalt keine Bindung an den Altersfaktor. Dadurch werden gleichaltrige Spieler mit Vorvertrag in Jugendkadern deutlich weniger verdienen als ihre Altersgenossen im Senioren Bereich.

Da man erst ab einem Alter von 17 Jahren einen Jugendspieler Spieler hochziehen kann, ergeben sich drei Altersgruppen (17-19) die das betrifft. Sie verdienen im Jugendkader 100% und im Seniorenbereich: 17jährig: 140% 18jährig: 135% 19jährig: 130%
