Allgemeines
Manager StepR kam in Saison 7 zum BMO (geworben von Ronaldinho). Ab Saison 8 übernahm er den Posten bei Málaga CF. Er zeichnet sich durch gutes Geschick im Bereich Talentförderung & "Kader-Cleaning" aus. Bereits 2 mal musste er mit Málaga CF in die Zweitklassigkeit absteigen, schaffte jedoch jeweils in der Folge-Saison den souveränen Aufstieg. Nach einer langen Auszeit ist er seit Saison 35 als Manager bei Babelsberg tätig. Managerlevel: 9 von 10
Zwischen Saison 11 und 12 sowie Saison 12 und 13 war er als Veranstalter des Mittelmeerturnier's zuständig. Zwischen Saison 16 und 17 richtet er den ATUFO-Pokal aus.
