Historie
Der Verein wurde unter dem Namen Vestel Manisaspor in Saison 12 in die damals neugegründete Türk Telekom Lig A der Türkei aufgenommen und stieg bereits in Saison 13 auf. Seit dem gehört der Club der Turkcell Süper Lig an. Zu Beginn der Saison 22 wurde der Konzernname Vestel aus Vereinsnamen und -wappen enfernt, da die Firma nicht mehr als Hauptgeldgeber des Clubs fungiert. Der Verein tritt seit dem als Manisaspor an.

Profiabteilung
Die Profiabteilung besteht seit Gründung der Türk Telekom Lig A in Saison 12.
Amateurabteilung
Die Amateurabteilung wurde erst nachträglich zu Beginn von Saison 15 gegründet. Der Kader umfasst zu Beginn der Saison 24 insgesamt 21 Spieler, davon 15 Inländer. Der Altersdurchschnitt liegt bei 24.71 Jahren. Fast alle Spieler unter 23 Jahren stammen aus der eigenen Jugendabteilung, neun davon mit großem Talent. Die Abteilung holte in drei aufeinander folgenden Jahren die Amateurmeisterschaft (S21-23) nach Manisa.
Jugendabteilung
Die Jugendabteilung Manisaspors besteht wie die Profimannschaft seit Saison 12. Sie ist das Schmuckstück des Vereins, da regelmäßig Jugendspieler mit Talent groß den Sprung in die Amateur- bzw. Profimannschaft schaffen. Zu Beginn der Saison 24 befinden sich insgesamt 25 Spieler im Kader, davon 12 mit Talent groß. Neben 24 türkischen Spielern findet sich auch ein Spieler aus Togo, wo Manager Speedrocker derzeit als Nationaltrainer angestellt ist. Der Altersdurchschnitt beträgt 15.04 Jahre.
