Die SOE-Superliga ist die höchste Spielklasse im Südosteuropa und seit der Saison 32 in das BMO-Universum integriert.
Die SOE-Superliga besteht aus 20 Vereinen.
Jeder Verein der Liga tritt in Hin- und Rückspielen gegen jeden anderen Verein der 1. Liga an. Die Mannschaft mit den meisten Punkten aus allen Spielen wird Südosteuropa-Meister, bei Punktgleichheit entscheidet das Torverhältnis. Ist auch dieses gleich, wird der Verein mit den mehr erzielten Toren Meister.
Aus der SOE-Superliga steigen die letzten drei Mannschaften in die SOE-Bundesliga, die zweithöchste Spielklasse, ab.

Internationale Qualifikation
BMO Champions League / Europaliga
Für die BMO Champions League (früher: Europaliga) qualifiziert sich in jedem Fall der Südosteuropa-Meister.
Weitere CL-Startplätze sind abhängig von der Platzierung Südosteuropas in der 3-Jahres-Wertung.

BMO Europa League / Europacup
Auch die Startplätze für die BMO Europa League (früher: Europacup) werden nach der 3-Jahres-Wertung vergeben. Teilnahmeberechtigt ist aber in jedem Fall der Sieger des SOE-Pokals. Die weiteren Startplätze werden über Platzierung in der SOE-Superliga vergeben.

Absteiger
Die Mannschaften, die am Ende der Saison auf den Plätzen 16 bis 18 stehen, müssen die SOE-Superliga in Richtung SOE-Bundesliga verlassen. Folgende Mannschaften sind bisher abgestiegen:
"Rekordabsteiger" ist Elazigspor, das bislang dreimal abgestiegen ist.
Aufsteiger
Aus der SOE-Bundesliga steigen jede Saison der Zweitligameister sowie der Zweit- und Drittplatzierte in die SOE-Superliga auf. Folgende Mannschaften sind bisher aufgestiegen:
